Ultras across the world,
Our friend (20) Uros Misic has been arrested in December 2007 on account of an incident that happened during the football match between the Red Star Belgrade and Hajduk Kula. He has recently been sentenced to 10 years of prison for attacking an undercover policeman. Uros Misic is 20 years old and has never been convicted.
He made several smaller injuries to the policeman, but he has been accused for the attempt of murder, because he tried as they say to "put a torch in to policeman's mouth", so the accusation is groundless and fake. The forensic scientists have determined that the policeman had only suffered smaller injuries, without any burn in his face,especially around his mouth. That did not make the verdict lighter,and two more Red Star Belgrade fans have been condemned to one and to one and a half years for taking part in the same incident.
The same policeman pulled out his gun and fired towards the crowd of 5000 people. Fortunately nobody was hurt. During the intervention, and the attempt of arrest that happened earlier,he didn't show his legitimation.
After the suit, 5 of our friends have also been arrested, because they protested against the judgment. They have been condemned to a month of prison, just because they have publicly shown their opinion. Represion of the police has continued with new arrests on account of showing mottoes and graffiti, and our players have been sentenced because they attended the football match wearing shirts with a title "Justice for Uros" and his character.
Nobody is trying to escape the responsibility, we only seek the justice. Violators, drug-dealers, terrorists and murderers obtain smaller sentences than the football fans. A difficult battle for justice is in sight, that is nott just in our interest, but in interest of all ultras. This is our way to tell the truth, and not some story that has been shaped by the media. Media of regime.

Нашего брата, Уроша Мишића (20), арестовали в декабре 2007 года в связи с дракой на матче Ц.Звезда- Хайдук. Несколько дней назад его приговорили к 10-летнему тюремному заключению из-за покушения на полицейского в штатском. Он якобы пытался убить члена спецназа ''засунув ему фаер в рот''. Судебные эксперты обнаружили у полицейского лишь лёгкие телесные повреждения, безо всяких ожогов на лице. Однако, это не повлияло на смягчение наказания, а кроме него ещё два члена ''Делије'' получили полтора года из-за происшедшего. Этот же полицейский вынимал пистолет и стрелял в направлении толпы из 5000 людей- к счастью, никого не убил. Началом всему послужила его попытка арестовать парня, несущего фаер- он никакого служебного удостоверения не показал и не представился.
По окончании судебного процесса, арестованы ещё 5 наших друга, выражавших возмущение (кричали: ''Позор!''). Они будут в предварительном заключении 30 дней, чтобы не повлиять на свидетелей (полицейских и прокурора)?!
Репрессия нашего МВД продолжилась и в этом туре Чемпионата Сербии: игроки нашего клуба оштрафованы из-за появления на поле в футболках с надписью ''Правда за Уроша'', два матча, скорее всего, проведём без зрителей, а множество наших людей арестованы из-за графити и банеров.
Никто из нас не уклоняется от ответственности, но мы ищем справедливости! Насильники, торговцы наркотиками, террористы и убийцы получают менее строгие наказания, чем болельщики. Перед нами тяжёлые испытания, долга борьба за справедливость, не касающаяся только Делије, но и всех настоящих ултрас! Давайте постараемся, чтобы все услышали правду, вместо написанных режимскими СМИ историй.
ПРАВДА ЗА УРОША! СПРАВЕДЛИВОСТЬ ЗА БОЛЕЛЬЩИКОВ!

Unser Freund Uros Misic (20 Jahre) wurde im Dezember 2007 bei einer Ausschreitung im Stadion, beim Spiel Roter Stern Belgrad - Hajduk Kula, festgenommen.
Uros Misic wurde wegen Versuchten Mordes verurteilt weil er laut Staatsanwaltschaft,versucht haben soll einem Zivilbeamten die gezündete Bengalfackel in den Mund zu schieben. Die Gerichtsmediziner stellten jedoch fest das der Polizei Beamte nur leichte Körperliche Verletzungen davontrug und keineswegs Verbrennungen im Kopf-Bereich erlitt.
Dieser Befund milderte keineswegs das Urteil von 10 Jahre Haft !!!
Neben Uros Misic sind noch zwei weitere Freunde die ebenfalls bei den Ausschreitungen beteiligt waren zu 1 Jahr Haft und 1,5 Jahre Haft verurteilt worden. Der selbige zivil Polizist zog nach dem Angriff seine Dienstwaffe und richtete die Waffe auf die Masse ( 5000 Leute )
und feuerte einen Schuss in deren Richtung in die Luft ab.
Noch zu erwähnen ist, das der Zivilbeamte, bevor er Uros Misic festnehmen wollte, es nicht für nötig hielt sich als Polizei Beamter auszuweisen. Somit brach dann die oben erwähnte Ausschreitung aus.
Nach der Gerichtsverhandlung sind weitere 5 Freunde wegen Äußerung ihrer Meinung zum beschämendem Urteil, festgenommen worden und zu jeweils 1 Monat Haft verurteilt.
Die Polizei Repression hat auch da kein Ende genommen sondern geht weiter, es wird wegen Transparenten und Graffitis festgenommen die Aussagen das wir Gerechtigkeit für Uros Misic fordern. Eine Strafe erwartet auch unsere Spieler die alle T-Shirts mit der Aufschrift "Gerechtigkeit für Uros Misic" beim einem Meisterschaftsspiel trugen.
Keiner von uns will sich jeglicher Verantwortung entziehen, aber wir fordern Gerechtigkeit! Vergewaltiger, Drogenhändler, Terroristen und Mörder bekommen eine geringere Strafe als Fans! Uns steht ein schwerer Kampf bevor, der nicht nur im Interesse der Delije steht sondern aller Ultras!
Über diesen weg wollen wir das man die Wahrheit erfährt, und nicht die lügen und Geschichten der Medien, der vom Staat kontrollierten Medien!

HINCHADAS DEL MUNDO!
Nuestro amigo Uros Misic ha sido detenido en diciembre 2007 a causa del incidente que sucedió durante el partido de fútbol entre la Estrella Roja Belgrado y Hajduk de Kula. Recientemente, él ha sido condenado a 10 años por atacar a un policía secreta. Él tiene 20 años y nunca ha sido condenado. Él hizo varias heridas pequeñas al policía, pero ha sido acusado por el intento de asesinato, así que la acusación es infundada y falsa. Dicen que Uros quería meter la bengala en la boca del policía, pero los científicos forenses concluyeron que el policía no había obtenido heridas graves sin cualquier quemadura en su cara. Todo esto no afectó al juicio final, más dicho 2 aficionados de la Estrella Roja Belgrado fueron condenados a 12 y 18 meses de cárcel por tomar parte en el mismo incidente sin tocar al policía.
Ese sin identificarse sacó su pistola y disparó hacia 5 000 de personas presentes en la tribuna.
Después del juicio, 5 de nuestros amigos que protestaron contra la sentencia han sido condenados a 30 días solo porque han mostrado públicamente su opinión. Represión de la policía continuó con nuevos arrestos a causa de mostrar cosignas y grafitos. Los jugadores del nuestro club tambien fueron castigados solo por llevar las camisetas con cara de Uros y el título "la Justicia para Uros".
No negamos la responsabilidad, pero pedimos justicia! Los violadores, los narcotraficantes, los terroristas y los asesinos consiguen veredictos de menos duración que los de los aficionados. Una batalla difícil por la justicia está a la vista, una batalla no sólo para los "Delije" (ultras de la Estrella Roja) sino para todos los ultras del mundo. Esto es nuestra manera de decir la verdad, pero no la "verdad" que dicen los medios de información, en otras palabras - los medios del régimen!
JUSTICIA PARA UROS! JUSTICIA PARA LOS HINCHAS!
