i only figured out names of the top 10
Boca Juniors,Galatasaray,Peniarol,Dinamo Zagreb?!!?,Feyenord,Crvena Zvezda,Napoli,Schalke 04,Olympiakos and St.Etien.
i am only interested in criteria for making this top10...

this is what the website says, however the greek site you linked does not say what the original site is that they got it from. the first two lines are written by the greek site, the rest is copied from the original source.

As noted in an article on a website that deals with world stadiums, the fans of olympiakos create an impressive atmosphere, helping their beloved team.

"Panathinaikos and AEK may play in a bigger stadium, the olympic stadium, but the atmosphere in the smaller Karaiskaki is unique. The Greeks, as do the Turks hold flares, light smoke flares, use fireworks and drums to create an amazing scene.

The fans of olympiakos make their oponents lives difficult, especially in the derby with panathinaikos. Uefa has punished the team for some objects that fell in the playing area during the game with Shaktar Donetsk. At the specific stadium there was a huge tragedy in 1981, when 21 olympiakos fans lost their lives at the end of a game against AEK."

and what about Liverpool? I think that they deserve to be in the top 10, but it isn't important, the thing that is important for us is that our teams are in the top 10( Red Star and Olympiakos). Laughing
